The 2019-20 DSTHL Scheduling Meeting will be held Saturday, September 14 & Sunday, September 15 at the Children’s Health StarCenter Farmers Branch. Attendance is Required. Please see below for additional information.
- Schedule for the 2019-20 DSTHL Scheduling Meeting is as follows:
- Saturday (9/14/19)
- 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM - 18U and 16U
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM - Lunch (provided by DSTHL)
- 1:45 PM – 4:45 PM - 14U
- Sunday (9/15/19)
- 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM - 12U
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM - Lunch (provided by DSTHL)
- 1:45 PM – 4:45 PM - 10U
- Saturday (9/14/19)
Team Schedulers should arrive 30 minutes early and plan to stay for the duration of the scheduling for your division. No Coaches (Head or Assistant) are permitted in scheduling rooms. Due to circumstances beyond our control, some divisions could last a little longer than the ending time shown above. Please ensure your team representatives are prepared to stay, if necessary.
